The Town of Ste. Anne is continuing to grow at a rapid pace.

Operations Manager John Desrochers says they are just ahead of the pace from last year at this time. “We’ve issued 39 permits for a total of 10.5 million which is pretty much on par with last year, we had 32 permits and 10.9 million at this time,” notes Desrochers.

He says they have a good balance of single family and multi-family housing in Ste Anne. Desrochers says so far in 2018, there have been ten permits pulled for single-family and eight for multi-family. He adds there have been a couple permits issued so far for commercial development noting there are more projects on the horizon.

Desrochers notes there are a few developments in town that are seeing the most growth. “Seine River Crossing is definitely our busiest area right now with phase three, in fact being paved today and all those lots receiving titles not too long ago.”

He adds it’s nice to see all this steady growth in town.
