A late April snowfall Monday left significant deposits of the white stuff on the ground here in southeastern Manitoba.

Environment Canada reports Woodridge had the highest amount of snow at 20 centimetres or eight inches.

It says Steinbach got 15 centimetres or six inches while Vita and Falcon Lake got 13 centimetres.

Marchand and La Broquerie each got ten centimetres or 4 inches.

The forecast is calling for a high of 6 Tuesday, then cooler with a chance of flurries Wednesday and Thursday before warming up again on the weekend.
