Two males were arrested shortly after 9:00 Thursday morning near the Superstore gas bar in Steinbach.

RCMP say the two were caught shoplifting at Canadian Tire. As police went to the scene, the pair took off running across Highway #12, only to be apprehended there by police.

Two adult males are facing charges.
