There were no reported life-threatening injuries after a single-vehicle rollover on Highway 59 last night.

St. Pierre RCMP responded to the incident involving a mother and her young child around 7:20 pm. RCMP say the southbound vehicle on Highway 59, near Ile des Chenes, may have been attempting to pass another vehicle when it lost control and flipped over on the icy road conditions.

RCMP note there were no reported life-threatening injuries.

RCMP have released more information regarding the age of the passengers and where they're from. 

The vehicle involved in the collision carried the 30-year-old female driver as well as a 38-year-old male passenger who are both from Winnipeg. RCMP approximate the age of the baby to be less than one year old and all three occupants were transported to the hospital for precautionary measures.
