Veronica Reimer is a Midwife from Southern Health. She says midwives attended the birth five and a half hours into 2019.

"Baby William was born at 5:28 A.M. at home near La Broquerie and he is healthy and 4,100 grams which is just over 9 pounds. The family was very happy to welcome him."

Robert and Regina Wall declined a request for a photo or interview for privacy reasons.
