Jake Epp Library staff is preparing for phase one of Manitoba’s Pandemic and Economic Roadmap for recovery.

In a released statement, Library Director Chrystie Kroeker Boggs explains that despite being able to open as soon as May 4th, her staff will require some preparation time to meet provincial health guidelines.

The first phase of their reopening plan will see book drops beginning on May 7th with due dates for all materials remaining June 30th.

On May 14th, contactless book pick-ups will be made available on an appointment basis only. At this time, however, systems are being formed for making appointments and reserving books.

Kroeker Boggs asks that patrons exercise patience as her staff continues to work towards safe ways to ensure their services.
