A City AAA Midget Hockey League game at Steinbach's Centennial Arena Sunday had to be moved in the middle of the second period because water was dripping onto the ice surface. Russ Dyck, head of Parks and Recreation, explains what happened.

"We believe there was some frost build-up during the cold weather spell and now, when it warmed up on Sunday, some of that melted and dripped through the ceiling. There was just one particular spot there was a drip so we just diverted that off the ice with a deflector and we should be fine going forward."

Sunday's game between the Eastman Selects and Winnipeg Sharks was moved down the hall to the T.G. Smith Arena midway through the second period.
