A black bear was spotted walking down Main Street in Steinbach early Sunday morning.

Manitoba Conservation and RCMP were looking for the bear. They had warned a young woman about the bear while she was out for a walk near Main Street and Barkman Avenue. They told her to go home for safety's sake.

SteinbachOnline has contacted Manitoba Conservation and RCMP and are waiting on updates, more details when they become available.
