The Grunthal Red Wings picked up a huge road win Sunday night and are now a home-ice victory away from tying the Carillon Senior Hockey League's best-of-seven final at two games a piece.

Lee Christensen scored a power play goal at 10:43 of the third period as the Red Wings defeated the Aces 5-4 in Ste. Anne.

Dylan Reimer and Derek Gingera added two goals each for the Wings who cut the Aces series lead  to two games to one.

Kyle Isenor had a pair of goals for Ste. Anne while the rest went to Steph Pattyn and Yvan Pattyn.

The defending champion Aces, who gave up three power play goals in game three, led 2-0 after the first period and 4-3 after 40 minutes.

Grunthal got the equalizer early in the third period as Gingera potted his second of the night 3:28 into the final frame.

Red Wings goaltender Matthew Krahn made 36 saves while Ste. Anne's Guy St. Vincent faced 35 shots.

Game four goes Thursday in Grunthal.
