The Providence Pilots men's and women's basketball teams won three games each in Minneapolis.

The teams played Faith Baptist Bible Institute winning 79-52 for the women and 88-73 for the men. In their second and third games they played back-to-back games against Association Free Lutheran Bible School. The women won 89-43 and 80-46, the men won 93-81 and 105-70.

“We are starting to play better basketball,” says women’s head coach Joel Coursey. “We are creating chemistry on the floor, which is leading to a higher shooting percentage and more shot attempts. I’m happy to say we’re heading in the right direction at Christmas break.”

The women have a 7-0 record in the Northern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference while the men sit 6-1.
