Within our family we have a tradition of writing and distributing our personal wish lists for Christmas. The goal is to make gift-buying just a little easier. This morning I wandered through our MHV Gift Shop, looking at our selection of gift ideas and found many. There are books like The Constructed Mennonite by Hans Werner and It Happened in Moscow by Maureen Klassen, to name a few. I saw games like crokinole boards and Dutch Blitz. There are clothing items like aprons, MHV tee-shirts, sweatshirts and more. Our selection of cookbooks is substantial, including the ever-popular Mennonite Girls Can Cook and Mennonite Girls Can Cook: Celebrations.

Our Gift Shop will be open Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM from now through December 23. On December 24 it will be open until 3:00PM, after which the entire Museum will be closed until January 6.
