From time to time the MHV Auxiliary stages a fundraising event where an educational film is shown, followed by homemade pie and coffee. November 15 is the date of the Auxiliary’s next Film Night. It will be held at 7:00 PM in the Village Centre Auditorium at the Mennonite Heritage Village.

On this occasion the featured film will be Otto Klassen’s The Women’s Burden Under Stalin. The program will also include music, a quilt raffle draw, a presentation by our Senior Curator, Roland Sawatzky, on an upcoming art exhibit, and of course refreshments. This evening promises to be both educational and entertaining. Admission is $10 per person and can be purchased at the door that evening.
