Defencemen Justin Baudry of La Broquerie and Patrick Normandeau of Ste. Anne along with forward Riley Welsh of Oakbank are among 28 players who are moving on to the final phase of Hockey Manitoba's Program of Excellence in selecting the 2011 under-16 roster. The 28 players, who were selected from the POE Top-40 Camp held at the end of May also in Winnipeg, will now take part in a skills & conditioning camp from August 11th-14th in Winnipeg. Following the skills & conditioning camp the final roster will be announced in early October by Hockey Manitoba.  Team Manitoba will not assemble together until days prior to the Western Under-16 Challenge Cup which will be held October 27th-30th in Moose Jaw.
