The town of Niverville is adjusting one of it's policies related to drainage and residential driveways.

When fixing drainage issues in residential areas, usually driveways are cut open so culverts can be adjusted. The driveways are then fixed using gravel. However this poses a problem for those residents with paved or concrete driveways. That's why council is looking to adjust their policy. Town councillor Kevin Stott tells us they've had little problem when talking with residents about the situation. No firm decision has been made yet on the policy as council continues to review the situation.
