OK, you've been asking and it's finally here. The BEST Rib Recipe. I would like to give credit where credit is due and this recipe belongs to a very good friend of mine Terri St.Louis. Here goes:

Put garlic salt and seasoning salt (I used Hy's) on both sides of your ribes -- wrap in tin foil on a baking sheet and bake for 1 hour at 350 then, 2 more hours at 250. Then, put on barbecue sauce of your choice and grill for a minute or two per side. It will fall right off the bone into you mouth -- amazing!!
