The Progressive Conservative candidate in Morris says she's enthused with the response she's receiving from voters in the newly reshaped constituency. Mavis Taillieu says the constituency covers a large geographical area and the issues are as varied as the riding itself. The riding stretches from south of Morris all the way to north of St. Eustache in the Interlake.
Tallieu adds top of mind concerns from people she has met range from the province's management of the spring flood and the condition of our roads and highways to access to health care and BiPole 3, the hydro transmission line which will run through some rich agricultural land in the riding.
Ultimately, Tallieu says the election comes down to who can best manage the economy of Manitoba.
