After more than 30 consecutive years on Tache council, the last 17 as reeve, Bill Danylchuk isn't ready to step down. Danylchuk has informed us he will seek re-election next month.  Danylchuk is pleased with what council has accomplished this term including establishing a 911 system, constructing a new fire hall in Landmark and setting up civic addressing.  He says priorities in the next term would include reviewing their long term development plan, setting up an ethics committee and holding taxes at a reasonable level.  Danylchuk has served 10 consecutive terms on Tache council.
