Warren Clark, a towering rookie defenseman from the Steinbach Pistons, has been drafted into the National Hockey League (NHL). He was selected by the Tampa Bay Lightning as the 179th overall pick in the sixth round.
At 18 years old, Clark showcased his skills in the Manitoba Junior Hockey League (MJHL) posting 38 points in the 2022-23 regular season.
Clark has committed to playing NCAA Division 1 hockey at St. Cloud State University in the coming season.
From the community of Riverside, Ontario, Clark was a key part of the Piston's success this past season and was named an MJHL Rookie Team All-Star.
