Summer recreation programs can make a difference in a community.  Ste. Anne Town Councillor craig cumming says there's less time or energy to cause mischief if you give kids something fun to do with time off of school.  And he believes the activities offered through their annual summer program are also educational which teach children they can have fun while learning.  The summer program starts July 3rd with a small registration fee that covers events for the whole summer.
