The RCMP want to remind parents of the dangers of some strangers following the abduction of two boys by Peter Whitmore. The RCMP have released some tips to parents following the abduction of two boys by Peter Whitmore.  Spokesperson Mitch Tkachuk wants parents to constantly remind children on how to deal with stangers and teach kids if someone grabs them to kick and scream loudly.  He adds parents also need to know how to handle the situation if a child appears missing.  He advises parents to stay calm and call friends, family, the RCMP and places the child would fequently visit.  Tkachuk explains every city has it's dangers but a case similar to Whitmore's is not a common occurrence.
