The Pembina Valley Water Cooperative says a boil water advisory has been lifted for almost all affected zones east of the Red River, with a few exceptions who have been notified directly to continue to boil water.

For pressures to remain stable in the network, residents are asked to continue to conserve water usage.

Conservation efforts should continue until the permanent pipeline fix can be completed.

The initial leak investigation & excavation has been completed.

The affected pipe appears to be under the Red River and is isolated from the system.

Engineering design and permitting applications are now taking place for the permanent pipeline fix. This process may take several weeks.
