Harvest across the prairies is a third complete, according to the Canadian Wheat Board.

Last year harvest was only 18 percent done at this time.

Above-normal temperatures on the eastern prairies have kept harvest activity on track.

Manitoba is now about 47 percent complete, compared with 40 percent on average. Saskatchewan is at 32 percent complete, compared with 26 percent average, and Alberta is at 29 percent, compared with 27 percent normally.
