There was an attempted robbery on Thursday afternoon at TD Canada Trust in Steinbach.
RCMP responded to a call at the bank on Main Street at approximately 4:55 pm.
Police say a male entered the bank and handed a teller a note demanding money. No weapons were seen, and the male left the bank shortly after. Police say he did not obtain any money.
The male suspect is described as tall with a slim build. He has blue eyes and was wearing a black jacket with blue jeans, a black toque, black face covering and a high visibility vest. It is believed the suspect left the scene in a small black vehicle or sport utility vehicle.
