Supporters of MCC Manitoba remain passionate about the organization and the work it does.
That was made very clear at the organization's annual meeting in Winnipeg.  MCC Chair Dave Dyck says delegates were asked if they wanted to keep the annual event as a decision making meeting, or change it to a meeting that provides inspiration and information.  They voted overwhelmingly to maintain the yearly event where members can continue to be involved in direction of MCC Manitoba.  Dyck says one of the challenges for MCC Manitoba is to encourage more youth to become involved in the organization and its work.  He wonders if the vision and committment for service is being transferred from generation to generation.
