Jacob “Chiz” Kroeker, 97, of Carman formerly of Elm Creek, passed away Saturday, November 11th at Carman Memorial Hospital. He is survived by his wife Helen, 2 daughters, 4 sons, and their families.  
The funeral service for Jacob “Chiz” Kroeker will be held Thursday, November 16th at 2pm at Crossway Elm Creek with private family burial at Elm Creek Cemetery. 
Viewing will be at the church prior to the service.
