Don't forget about the kids.  A doctor from Ste. Anne is encouraging us to pour a drink of water for the children at least once every hour.  When the temperature rises, Dr. Patrick Fredette says we need to be drinking small amounts of water frequently and eating regular small snacks of fruits and vegetables.  He says children so often are having too much fun in the sun to realize they're thirsty, so it's up to us to remind them.  The Woodlawn School is one of many in Hanover that promote drinking water.  Principal Karen Reimer says students are encouraged to have water bottles at their desk and to drink before and after each recess.
