RCMP and Fire Departments have been busy this long weekend.

A two vehicle collision took place around 3 this afternoon.  The RM of Springfield Fire Department attended the scene, and 2 passengers were transported to hospital. It appears that a pick up truck and midsized car collided on the Trans Canada close to Highway 501. RCMP continue to investigate.  More details will be posted as they become available.
