Students in Hanover benefit from some free provincial money.  A number of provincial grants have been given to the division over the past several months.  Superintendent John Peters says the money is often aimed at specific projects such as experiential learning.  This might include students who learn the principles of flight by taking a real airplane ride.  But free money sometimes doesn't come cheap.  The extra money must be planned and accounted for by division staff which takes time and resources.  Having said that, Peters emphasizes the money is appreciated because it benefits students by creating higher quality educational experiences.
