It was great to have Pete Klippenstein join us on the AM1250 Morning Show today to tell us about a fundraising ride they have planned to help Neil Klippenstein after the accident he was in. If you missed it, Neil was waiting at an intersection on his motorbike on August 3rd and got rear ended at high speed. He is now paralyzed from the neck down and they need our help. So, Pete and his crew have organized a bike rally, which will take place THIS Saturday, September 24th. It's taking place at the Winnipeg Evangelical Free Church on Lagimodiere, registration is between 9 and 10 a.m. and the bikes will be pulling back into the parking lot around 3:30 pm. There will be a silent auction, Elvis will be performing and all of those bikes will be something to see! All the best with your event Pete and our thoughts and prayers are certainly with Neil and his family.
