The Executive Director for Eastman Education Centre in Steinbach is all smiles with the end result. The facility is now complete and tenants are moving in this week.  Reg Toews says the 18,000 square foot building will house Red River College, Hanover School Division Student Services, Campus Manitoba and Assiniboine Community College.  Toews says construction of the building was completed on time and within the $4 Million budget.  A grand opening for the facility along Loewen Boulevard is planned for September 26th.
