The Christmas break ends on Saturday as the Steinbach Pistons return to the ice for a New Year's Eve matinee against the Flyers in Winkler. The Pistons (12-23-4) have two wins, two losses and a shootout loss in their last five games. Steinbach dropped a 5-2 decision to the Manitoba Junior Hockey League's Addison Division leading Winnipeg Blues back on December 21st at the T.G. Smith Centre in the the hockey team's final game before the start of the holiday break.
