Four Manitobans are among the 20 players who will represent Canada at the inaugural IIHF World Women's Under-18 Hockey Championship.They include goaltender Delayne Brian of Winnipeg, defenceman Rebecca Hewett of Oak Bluff and forwards Bailey Bram of Ste.Anne and Chelsea Karpenko of Winnipeg. All four helped our province capture bronze at the National Under-18 Championship last month in Kitchener. The World Women's Under-18 Championship will be held January 7th to 12th in Calgary and feature Canada, the Czech Republic, Finland and Germany in Group A, and Russia, Sweden, Switzerland and the U.S.A. in Group B.
