Precipitation amounts varied greatly across the region over the past week.

Pre-emergent spray applications are complete, while first pass post-emergent herbicide applications are underway.

Some producers are anticipating grasshopper issues if current weather conditions persist.

There have been a few reports of cutworm damage in soybeans, while flea beetle damage was observed in canola.

Overall, spring seeded crops look good.
