19 year old Arnold and 16 year old Cholwe after the choir's performance Tuesday night

The Seeds of Hope Children's Choir made a stop in Southern Manitoba Tuesday night at Altona's EMMC.

The group is on a cross canada tour, hailing from Ndola, Zambia where Seeds of Hope operates the school Grace Academy and Buseko Home.

I spoke with two of the choir members 19 year old Arnold and 16 year old Cholwe, whom I asked what they about when they first learned they would be coming to Canada.

After bringing an audience to their feet several times, I spoke with choir members Cholwe and Arnold about what they knew about Canada before they made the journey for the first time.

We continued our conversation with Cholwe talking about what Seeds of Hope has meant to her, and the dreams she and Arnold want to fulfill.

Tonight (August 27th) the group is in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario and Friday they will be in Kitchener. You can learn more about Seeds of Hope Children's ministry on their website.

Below is a video of one of the songs the choir performed Tuesday evening.

Toward the end of the concert the choir invited some oft he crowd to join them on stage
