Steinbach's Deputy Mayor is suggesting the city do something special to recognize a couple of local soldiers serving in Afghanistan.  Dwight Reimer says they've been through a lot in the service of their country and should receive a tribute when their tour of duty ends in late August.  He notes Steinbach has a history of honouring those who do military service.  Reimer's parents have told him how after the Second World War, when Steinbach was still a pacifist community, it paid tribute to those who had served in action.
