We need to work together to find a solution.  That's how most of Ste. Anne Town Council feels when it comes to discussing drainage issues.  It's hard to believe with the hot, dry summer we're having, that any community in southern Manitoba is dealing with flooding issues.  However, when we have gotten rain this year, it has quite often fallen hard and fast, and that is causing problems.  Councillors Albert Chaput and Craig Cumming agree neighbors need to work together and with the town to find solutions, instead of dumping water from their yard, on to someone else's.  There's still a lot of work to do with finding a solution to the drainage issues in many neighborhoods in Ste. Anne.  But council is determined to make improvements.
